A lovely bronze sculpture of a Springer Spaniel. Smart, eager to please and so enthusiastic!
It is easy to see why Michael's sculptures are so popular, he has a keen eye for the form and character of the animal he is modelling, be it wildlife or a Spaniel. Michael studied in Staffordshire and was inspired by the traditions of pottery in Stoke on Trent. As a result of this he sometimes works in clay for his initial modelling, unlike most bronze artists who always use wax.
This is a limited edition piece - one of 150
Each piece comes beautifully boxed with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate also includes information about the artist and the edition number .
It is 10.5 cm at it's tallest point and it is 14 cm long from tip of nose to tip of tail. The sculpture weighs 750g.
