This vintage silver napkin ring was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1932, by S Blankensee and Sons of Frederick Street. 1932, the year the first Mars bar was produced by Forrest Mars in his factory in Slough.
It is still in excellent condition. It has a really unusual, hexagonal design with a blank cartouche if you wanted to engrave something on it. Just imagine the dinner tables it has graced in it's time....
