Crafted from sterling silver, this very pretty brooch was made circa 1996 and was very much inspired by the Arts and Crafts Style of the beginning of the 20th century. Its graceful design is embellished with iridescent abalone shell with shines with blues and greens.

This brooch is in excellent condition and measures 4 cm tall and 2.5 cm wide, and it has a good locking catch on the back.
Abalone shell is considered to symbolise the calming energy of the ocean.
