This striking vintage brooch is inspired by the work of Arts and Crafts designer and architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh, particularly famous for The Glasgow School of Art. The brooch features one of his most well used motifs - a rose motif which has come to be known as The Glasgow Rose. Complemented by a geometric, architectural framework, it has a bold sense of style which would grace any coat or jacket.

Crafted in sterling silver, the brooch was made by 'Carrick Jewellery' of Glasgow. It is in excellent condition and measures 2.9 cm square, with a good locking catch on the back.
