Wear a little bit of history on your wrist with this particularly prettily engraved sterling silver vintage bangle bracelet.
Hallmarked in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter in 1970, this lovely rounded bangle is a fine example of the design and manufacturing skills of "The City of a Thousand Trades".
The bangle is hinged and has a good secure clasp and a safety chain. The fine engraving of foliate scrolls is on the front section only, the other side being plain high-polished silver.
It would make a thoughtful present for someone born 1970, or for anyone who loves their vintage silver,
It is oval in shape, its internal measurements are 6 cm by 5.5 cm and it is 2.2 cm wide. It weighs 30.9g. It is in good condition, there is just a very slight crease near the hinge on the reverse side (photo 6).
Good clear Hallmark.
The bangle will be delivered in a Smithsonia gift box.
