European cultures have long believed opal is a symbol of hope, purity and truth. It is the birthstone for October.
This stone has been created by man, rather than nature, but contains the same elements that occur in the natural gemstone. These lab grown opals are more durable, affordable and ethical than natural mined opals.
The pendant measures 1.5 cm at it's widest and the total drop is 2 cm including the bail. It is supplied on a 16 inch snake chain with a lobster catch.
Will be delivered in a Smithsonia gift box.
