This antique silver napkin ring was hallmarked in Sheffield in 1913. Just imagine the dinner parties it has graced in its time.....
1913, the year that unemployment and maternity benefits were introduced, Emmeline Pankhurst was sentenced to three years of penal servitude and Emily Davison, another suffragette, ran out in front of the King's horse at the Derby and died days later.
A wonderful gift for someone who likes things a little different - maybe for a Christening, Engagement or Anniversary.
It is almost round in shape, measuring 3 cm by 4 cm and is in excellent condition. It weighs 41g.
