Bronze 'Where the River Runs' by Michael Simpson.

What a marvellous sculpture.

The otter is right there as a fish jumps out of the water !

Designed by Michael Simpson who studied in Staffordshire and was inspired by the traditions of Stoke on Trent. As a result of this he works in clay for his initial modelling, unlike most bronze artists who use wax.

The otter is made from solid foundry bronze, with a hand finished patina. This piece stands 10cm tall, is 14cm at its widest point and weighs just over 320g.

This is a limited edition piece - one of 150 .

Each piece comes beautifully boxed with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate also includes information about the artist and the edition number .
